FUSION SPRING RETREAT @ Camp Thunderbird... ...the deadline to register is March 8th. The spring retreat will take place at Camp Thunderbird in Lake Wylie, SC.. The cost is $135 and that covers Transportation, lodging, 4-meals, event fee, T-shirt, and more.
80's Night @ Main Event Sunday, March 14th will be 80's Night at Main Event. Get your mullet and parachute pants, do your best Miami Vice imitation and come be a part of the extravaganza. There will be a prize for the 3 youth wearing the most authentic 80's attire.
BABYSITTING CO-OP The Foundation Class Babysitting Coop has 3 openings for families wishing to participate in the Babysitting Coop for the April 2010 - March 2011 year. We are a group of 11 families that meet on the first Saturday of the month (except December). Two couples are responsible for watching the children, while the other 9 couples have a date night. Each child brings a snack supper. We have time outside (weather permitting), a movie, craft and/or game time inside. Our guidelines state that members of the Babysitting Coop must be members of or attend MTUMC. Children participating must be walking (no infants that are not stable on their feet). Mt Tabor Men's Outdoor Recreation Fellowship Mt. Tabor has organized an opportunity for the men of the Church to fellowship and enjoy God's great outdoors.
