The quilt ministry meets twice a month for fellowship and to make lap quilts. More than 1,000 quilts have been donated to MTUMC homebound members, graduating seniors and new babies and hundreds of residents of area nursing homes. The group is making more than 1,000 quilts for the homebound who receive Meals on Wheels.
